Martin works with a broad range of groups and organisations as an independent farm systems advisor and trainer, including Vet groups, Farmer groups and Clinical societies.

He delivers Cow Signals training to farmers, vets and technical farm support staff. He has presented on topics such as farm consultancy and nutrition management. He has led farm discussion groups on nutrition and farming balance.
